The League of Mercy (LOM) is a visitation program that connects volunteers and Salvation Army officers and soldiers to those with special needs in hospitals, nursing homes, and correctional facilities.

What is the League of Mercy
The League of Mercy is a unit of The Salvation Army formed by Salvationists and volunteers who provide a weekly, monthly, and seasonal schedule of visitation to all types of hospitals, nursing homes, institutions and private homes.

What are Our Objectives
1. to provide a weekly, monthly, and seasonal schedule of visitation to all types of hospitals, nursing homes, institutions and private homes where there is a need for the League of Mercy ministry;
2. to assure those to whom we minister, by a continuing interest shown in them, that someone cares for them;
3. to conduct, when possible, activities and parties to celebrate birthdays, holidays, etc.
4. to seek opportunities to conduct Bible studies and/or religious services in the various institutions as requested or approved by administration.
